My book is coming in October

I'm so happy to announce that my book Softly - Timeless Knits is now available for preorder! The book is coming out in mid-October but if you want to make sure you get your copy among the first people, then I suggest you secure your copy by placing a preorder. You can do it here:

The book consists of 22 new knitting patterns. There are both pullovers and cardigans, as well as smaller accessories like beanies and socks, all done in my signature style. The difficulties range from easy (like the Apollonis pullover) to harder ones, but since all patterns are thoroughly explained, I think many levels of knitters can achieve beautiful garments if you just follow the instructions :)

We went to Paris last April to take all the photos for the book, and I just love how the Parisian streets and houses make a beeautiful backdrop for my designs. Paris wasn't actually even planned when I started to make the designs and pick the yarns, but when my publisher asked me whether we should photograph the knits there (well first of all, who says no to Paris?) I knew it would be the perfect match. And look just how the color palette of the knits comes together with the colors of Paris!
